The Sanctuary:

Welcome to your private Brighton Sanctuary - a beautifully designed home where timeless architecture meets modern luxury. Filled with natural light, the home features elegant living spaces creating a coastal atmosphere. The home offers multiple living areas and seamless indoor–outdoor flow. The 3 meter high walls around the front & the perimeter of the home provide extensive Privacy and Security.

The Basement level:

Natural light sprawls from two large courtyards. It offers a Swedish Sauna, Gym, theatre room, bar (build in Fridge/freezer and dishwasher) and living room, powder room, home office, laundry and a bedroom with its own ensuite. This is the level you won’t want to leave.

Ground Floor:

Enjoy all your entertaining on this level. High 3m ceilings with large 3m sliding doors. Modern kitchen with all the features required for a large family.

The spacious dining room overlooks the North facing solar heated pool whilst the living room is positioned along the fireplace. This level has direct access to the double lock up garage. It also offers a queen bedroom with ensuite. This level has a powder room.

First Floor:

Light and spacious living room, great for kids to enjoy. Plus 3 bedrooms all with own ensuites.

This floor is where the hotel style Master Bedroom is situated. Beautiful and specious filled with natural North facing light with its own balcony. Enjoy the view of the city skyline and wake up to the view of hot air balloons in the morning.

• |We have a strict no-party policy, as this is a residential area and noise travels easily to neighbours.
• |This property may be available for film and photoshoots with prior written consent. Please enquire in advance for rates and terms & conditions.
• |Please note there are external security cameras located in the driveway and at the front of the property for security purposes.
